Data export and deletion policy

Artists can export their Open Case profile, public page settings, support options, payout account state, and payment ledger records from the dashboard.

Deletion requests

Account deletion is handled as a reviewed request. Open Case may need to retain payment, refund, dispute, tax, fraud-prevention, and compliance records even after an artist profile is unpublished or closed.

What can be removed

Public artist content, profile copy, images, links, current performance details, and dashboard access can be removed or disabled after review.

What may be retained

Stripe payment references, payout records, ledger entries, webhook event logs, refund records, and dispute records may be retained where required for accounting, operational support, or legal obligations.
