One-off support
Open Case payments are designed as small voluntary support payments for live or physical creative moments. They are usually not purchases of a guaranteed product unless the artist separately states that.
Refunds
Open Case support payments are designed to be small, voluntary, and transparent. Refunds and disputes are handled through Stripe-backed payment records.
Open Case payments are designed as small voluntary support payments for live or physical creative moments. They are usually not purchases of a guaranteed product unless the artist separately states that.
Supporters can request a refund by contacting Open Case with the artist name, approximate payment time, amount, and checkout email. Refunds are reviewed case by case using Stripe payment records and any relevant context from the artist.
If a cardholder opens a dispute with their card issuer, Stripe manages the dispute process. Open Case may use payment records, artist details, notes, checkout metadata, and related communications to respond.
Artists must not misrepresent what supporters receive. Open Case is designed for one-off support, not built-in product fulfilment or ticketing.
